Outdoor Event – Music & Dance Festival with 5000 visitors sited on part of an active airfield

Camping and caravanning along with live entertainment and dancing and a range of fairground events.  Liaised with the local authority and fire service and prepared a fire risk assessment and fire management strategy.

Prepared and wrote all policy documents, detailed fire evacuation plan and prepared all sites plans.

Arranged a private fire appliance to provide immediate fire cover.
